You have the option of purchasing either the complete test packages or individual subject package.
Is there a way to try any of the tests before purchasing the test packages?
We have provided demo test papers, which you can try before deciding to purchase the package/packages of your choice.
How many times can I attempt a paid test?
PAID TESTS, ONCE PURCHASED, CAN ONLY BE ATTEMPTED ONCE. TO RE-ATTEMPT, THEY WILL HAVE TO BE PURCHASED AGAIN BY USING THE WALLET.
Can I store/copy/print Test Papers?
No, you can’t do so nor you can modify any of the content available in the Test paper or its answers/explanations. Instead, if you have any feedback regarding Test questions/answers/explanations you can write to us at support@theexamtube.com
Is it possible to get a refund on the purchase?
A refund is only possible if you have placed a request within 24 hours of purchasing the package/subject for which you need the refund. Please email the refund request at support@theexamtube.com stating the package/subject for which the refund is needed. The refund will be made within 21 working days of the refund request, provided you have not used any of the paid test papers in that package/subject.
